Located in the Decatur Vision Center Building next to the Decatur Gardens Family Restaurant off US 27 on the north side of Decatur. (Right across from the old Central Soya Grain Elevators and north of the Back 40 Junction Restaurant)

Hours
Open Monday through Saturday with evening hours until at least 6:00 PM Monday thru Thursday. We are always open by 8:00 AM and can schedule appointments as early as 7:00 AM and as late as 6:00 PM
